Aroma: Ticklish spices. Berries, burnt butter and brown sugar.
Color: Bright and clear red.
Consistency: Light and even. No legs. Evaporates.
Taste: Peppery. Warm and buttery. Creamy mushrooms. Red onion. Hidden complexity.
